I have had to make the extraordinarily difficult decision to put all services on hold until further notice. I care about you – All of you! Your health and safety, as well as my family’s, are my #1 concern. While I believe that I provide a space that is healthy and safe, I cannot ensure that when you come out to see me, you won’t be taking an unnecessary risk.
This decision has been so very difficult because I love coming to work and helping people feel their best. Though I won’t be performing services, I am here for you! Please know you can call, text, email or message through social media anytime with any questions you may have about caring for your skin until we can get your service schedule back on track. I will return any, and all messages if I am not able to immediately take your call. Additionally, there is no need to go without your products! I will make sure you get them, and I will absolutely honor all sales and discount offers that have been in place during the March Specials. All you need to do is contact me and I will arrange for you to receive the items you need.
It is my hope that taking these steps now will get us back together much sooner than later. And though we all face so much uncertainty, I want to assure you that the investment you have already made in having the best skin is not wasted. I am committed to the care of your skin and together we will keep your skin healthy. When we are able to meet at the studio again, we will create a schedule of services that will fit both your schedule and your budget. I promise you this.
Finally, I just want to reiterate, I care about you and want you to stay healthy and safe. If this temporary disruption of touch services can in any way help ensure your health and safety, it is worth it! Also, social distancing does not mean we can’t communicate!
